Refunds are processed only for bookings made directly with Mythical India Tours and experiences.
All cancellations must be requested in writing (email/WhatsApp with booking reference).
Refunds (where applicable) will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.
Bank charges, transaction fees, and non-refundable deposits are not included in the refund.
30+ days before tour date → 100% refund (minus service charges).
15–29 days before tour date → 75% refund.
7–14 days before tour date → 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before tour date → No refund.
No-show on the day of tour → No refund.
Note: For last-minute bookings (within 48 hours of tour), all payments are non-refundable.
If Mythical India Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, low participation, government restrictions, etc.):
A 100% refund will be provided OR the guest may choose an alternative tour/date.
Flights, trains, hotels, or other third-party services booked on behalf of the guest are subject to the supplier’s cancellation terms.
Some special experiences (e.g., event tickets, safaris, government permits) are non-refundable once booked.
If a traveler chooses to shorten the tour or miss certain activities voluntarily, no partial refund will be given.
In case of medical emergencies during the trip, we will provide assistance, but refunds will depend on third-party policies.
Guests may reschedule once free of charge if requested 15+ days before tour.
Rescheduling requests within 14 days of departure are subject to availability and additional charges.
