Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds (City Tours)
Mythical India Tours and Experiences understands that sometimes changes or cancellations are necessary.
Changes More Than 24 Hours in Advance of Tour;
You may change your tour, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before the start time. If changes cannot be accommodated, a full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable expenses.
Changes Less Than 24 Hours in Advance of Tour:
Changes within 24 hours of the tour start time cannot be guaranteed, even if there is availability. No refund will be provided if changes cannot be accommodated.
Cancellations More Than 24 Hours in Advance of Tour:
A full refund (less any non-refundable expenses) will be given if you notify us more than 24 hours before the tour start time.
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours in Advance of Tour:
No refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time.
Late Arrival by Customer:
Tours start promptly at the designated time. If you arrive late and miss the tour, no refund will be issued.
Cancellations by Us:
While we strive to avoid cancellations and changes, we reserve the right to do so due to circumstances beyond our control or insufficient bookings. We will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund, minus no non-refundable expenses.
Non-Refundable Expenses:
If you cancel or change a tour, you will be responsible for any non-recoupable expenses incurred by us (e.g., car hire).
