Terms & Conditions at Mythical India Tours and Experiences
By booking a tour with Mythical India Tours and Experiences you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment as specified at the time of booking.
- The balance amount (if any) must be paid before the tour starts.
- Prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until full payment is received.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings.
- Certain services (flights, trains, hotels, government permits, event tickets, safaris) may be non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to alter, amend, or cancel itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Where possible, we will offer an alternative arrangement of similar value.
Traveler Responsibilities
- Guests must carry valid travel documents (ID, visas, permits, tickets, insurance).
- Guests are responsible for their own health, safety, and belongings during the tour.
- Any damage to property (hotel, vehicle, monument, etc.) caused by the guest must be compensated directly.
- Travelers must follow local laws, cultural guidelines, and instructions from the tour leader/guide.
Health & Safety
- Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions in advance.
- We may refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the activity/tour.
- We are not liable for medical emergencies, accidents, or illnesses during the trip. Travelers are advised to have travel/health insurance.
Liability Disclaimer
- Mythical India Tours and Experiences acts as a tour operator and arranges services with third-party providers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.). We are not liable for delays, accidents, losses, injuries, or damages beyond our control.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, government orders) are beyond our responsibility.
Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and personal accidents.
Photography & Marketing
- During tours, we may take photographs/videos for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such material, please inform us in writing at the time of booking.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
